I really love both of Desiree's books. She is an incredible writer, there is nothing I don't like about her books, and I have listened to both several times, and they aren't even finished yet. Her writing style is the best on PF . unlike the other books on here that are frustrating and full of stupidity and unrealistic and foolish circumstances where the leads are naive and keep doing stupod stuff and no communication. Desiree surpassed all that foolishness. Her writing makes me want to be a part of her book...lol' I am so excited and always on the edge for more and loving everything, and she never disappoints us readers. Desiree, keep up the good work and please produce more books like these in the future.

Love this story. It’s a spin off from another book loving Nathaniel Hawthorne and I absolutely love that book as well. This writer is by far the best on this app that I’ve come across. I look forward to more of her books!!! The only thing I didn’t care for in this book was the narrators voice. But the story plot and overall story is fantastic!!!!

Great story that was started in Loving Nathaniel Hawthorne. Desiree continues to develop the characters we loved in her first book. Well developed plots and you feel like you are in the middle of an extended family that keeps growing with wonderful new characters. Well worth the listen, but much richer if you listen to LNH first!
